Prices and Timelines
Order shipments are processed within 2-3 days after the order is placed. In rare cases, the delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.
Product prices listed on www.onmerlo.com include Value Added Tax (VAT), if applicable. Shipping costs apply to each order. The exact shipping cost depends on the country to which your order is being delivered. The cost of your order are calculated automatically when placing your order and may vary depending on your location and the total volume of your cart.
Filling out recipient information and delivery address
All recipient information and delivery address must be entered in Latin characters only. We cannot ship the order if the recipient's information and delivery address are not provided in Latin characters.
Timely Receipt of Packages
The buyer is responsible for tracking and receiving the package in a timely manner. If the buyer does not receive the package on time, the package will be returned to the sender. Please inquire about the exact storage period with the postal company. Financial expenses related to returning the package to the sender (Onmerlo) and re-shipping to the buyer are the buyer's responsibility.
Incorrect Delivery Address/Changing Delivery Address
If you have provided the wrong address or want to change the delivery address, please send an email to destek@onmerlo.com as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to change the address, and your order will be delivered to the specified address. We cannot offer reimbursement for an incorrect address, so please double-check the information you provide (house number, apartment number, etc.). Financial expenses related to returning the package to the sender (Onmerlo) and re-shipping to the buyer are the buyer's responsibility.
Before shipping your order, we verify the accuracy of your address for errors or missing information necessary for delivery. If an error is detected in the address, we will contact the customer through the email address provided during purchase. We reserve the right not to dispatch the order until the customer confirms the address's accuracy. In this case, we are not responsible for any delays in fulfilling the order.
In the event that the customer does not respond to us within 6 months after we have contacted them by email to confirm the delivery address or arrange for the order to be resent, we reserve the right not to provide a refund and return the product.
Duties and Taxes
For all deliveries outside the European Union, import duties (levies, import duties, VAT) may be imposed by the destination country. These are calculated based on the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of goods and are charged as soon as your package reaches your country. We do not withhold duties and taxes during the order process and cannot predict your potential duties. In the event of additional duties, the buyer is responsible for covering these expenses. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's policy.
Onmerlo cannot be held responsible for any actions, expenses, taxes, and/or delays associated with customs and/or shipping company over which it has no control. Delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization, item availability, and customs delays.
