Any physical goods on the site onmerlo.com with embroidery (from section Embroidery art and Custom services), which Onmerlo will create following your specifications after payment. Onmerlo will send the goods to your address. Production time about 2-3 days.

We only do custom machine embroidery on clothes. This means that we start embroidering on clothes only after your order and according to your specifications.

CANCELLING ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY

Custom orders cannot be cancelled before shipment because we start doing custom products as soon as we receive the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply as the product is made to your specification or clearly personalized.
